What are your inspirations for your art style?

My inspirations stem from nature, fantasy, TV shows, anime, and fashion. Furthermore, my art explores wonder, rediscovery, and exploration. As we grow up, we have to abandon the things we enjoy from childhood but then later rediscover passions through several journeys.

What are your favorite mediums to work with?

I use digital programs like Procreate to bring my creative ideas to life because they provide me with flexibility and free me from any constraints that might limit my creativity. Sometimes, I also like experimenting with traditional mediums and taking a break from digital screens. When I’m focused on expressing my vision on a blank canvas, any medium will do.

How do you overcome creative blocks or challenges during your process?

When I feel burned out or have an art block, I step away from art to take breaks for as long as needed. Whether it is playing games, going to cafes, or taking a walk, I feel at ease. Nowadays, it is hard to have a good work/life balance but I try my best to not overwork myself when I do not feel like making art.

What do you see yourself doing in the future?

I have several occupations I strive to be in the future, and they mainly revolve around illustration. I strive to be a children’s book illustrator who brings stories to life, designing concept art and characters for any entertainment media such as games and movies.
