This was a commission I did on Procreate for lunaekoi on Instagram. They requested a cherry blossom version of their original character, Hedwig. I primarily focused on how its tail gradually forms a tree surrounding itself. In addition. I emphasized the magic with sparkles and glitter because everyone needs magic in their life.

I decided to include butterflies because I did not want the animal to be alone and give it some company as its tail form cherry blossom trees. In addition, they add to the composition as there would be several negative spaces that would make the composition boring.
